Ingredients
1 Tbsp Chinese sesame paste (can be replaced with hulled tahini)
1 ½ Tbsp Mr Chen’s Soy Sauce
1 ½ Tbsp Mr Chen’s Rice Wine Vinegar
½ tsp Mr Chen’s Szechuan Chilli Oil
1 Tbsp Mr Chen’s Sesame Oil
3 tsp sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
200gr Mr Chen’s Hand-pulled Style Noodles
Toasted sesame seeds
Spring onion
Optional: chilli flakes
Suitable Products
Method
In a large bowl, whisk together the sesame paste (or hulled tahini), soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, chilli oil, sugar, and garlic.
Cook the hand-pulled style noodles according to the package instructions. Save 1 tablespoon of the cooking water and whisk into the dressing ingredients, then drain well.
Toss the noodles with the sauce until well coated.
Enjoy topped with toasted sesame seeds, spring onion and optional chilli flakes.
